This is a big step forward in re-establishing the proper role of the federal government. It challenges one of the federal governments major claims for regulatory authority, the interstate commerce clause. Texas and Utah seem to be following the example of Montana. We will see what comes from it, hopefully things progress elsewhere. See the video and links to articles for more information.
