Montana fires a warning shot over states’ rights

This is a big step forward in re-establishing the proper role of the federal government. It challenges one of the federal governments major claims for regulatory authority, the interstate commerce clause. Texas and Utah seem to be following the example of Montana. We will see what comes from it, hopefully things progress elsewhere. See the video and links to articles for more information.

"Dream lofty dreams..."

Creating a blog kind of seems a little presumptuous to me. It assumes that people actually care what I have say. Well I figure that if no one else pays attention to my blog that is fine, my wife cares what I have to say, so I will always have at least one follower of my little blog. So this post is for her...I think she will like it.
